Expect Different
Lead by subject matter experts with over 40 years combined health, social care and security experience in frontline and operational roles. We have gradually built a small but strong team of experienced individuals who have allowed this provision to grow. Our staff take person-centred approaches to the cases that they are assigned with focus on meeting individual needs and reducing distress. We have been involved in a number of restraint reduction case studies and pride ourselves on our success.
We support people who present behaviours of concern and may be deemed a risk to themselves or others. Our staff are handpicked and trained and tested to work under pressure as individuals or as part of a team.
Leadership Matters
The individuals who form part of our team do not work for us, they work with us. Our approaches to managing staff is different to anything you will have experienced. This approach ensures that they are valued and equally rewarded for the difficult work that they sometimes have to complete. We select very carefully, we complete stringent due diligence and we don't tolerate anything but the best. If you are strong, kind, adaptable and honest we will welcome you with open arms.
